was readin' dis article yesterday abt water woes in Manila's slums....
then i checked out d web & realized most NGOs, like d UN, are all
talkin' abt water probs in these 3rd world places.....
ummmM.... it look like a prob.... & i think we can do our bit lah....
at least we've our decent career, house, car & our basic needs met
so once again ppl, give ur money away man....
yupp, we cant help every poor soul in d world but u can help one....
think i shall start saving up more & backpack to help in Africa....
think that wld be another one of its kind experience other than
goin' to UTH all the time.... not cheap... not cheap....
u can save up and go with me too.... if u start to sponsor a kid,
u can go and visit him/her one day too! :)

sent one of my colleagues home d other day & we were just chattin'
& we talked abt our responsibilities & he calculated my liabilities....
got my car, my parents, my house, my tithe, my hp bill, my livin'
expenses, my misc bills to pay every month.... plus, i put into co-op
and i told him i was giving to my church's building fund too and....
i still have leftover to save in bank every month.... he was amazed....
i'm amazed too....
i dun eat air everyday.... neither do i starve..... i only have 5 loaves
& my 2 ikan bilies.... ehH, i pledged d amt i wanted to put aside for
my hse... forgo certain things i cld have had d past mths....
kinda big step of faith as compared to d previous amt given....
but i guess d little i willingly put into d hands of God,
He will turn them around into much & abundance of leftoverz.... :)
thank God i ran dis lap of the race well to fulfil what i pledged
to give.... though d trials were far tooo fierce....
so tempted to give up many timez.... but....
i'm glad i made it and still have my wonderful home done up.... :)
God is cool.... yay.
