wooohooooO! it was definitely a world class match ever played.
even more exciting when all of us gathered together to catch
every point won and every point given away....!


the auntie was really great! 21yr old Feng Tianwei was
totally stunning man..... but i think Li Jiawei has the skills
but she totally lose it in the mental strength department....


been following the Olympics very closely.... some really
world class acts performed.... and track events are finally here!
women' 100m in under 1130s.... wooooO.....
waiting for the women' 200m & high jump. pole vaulting is way cool~





i was contemplating buying a new pair of trainers and get my
training gear kit together to start my training again....
haven been running since i finished my ippt.... muscles r sagging!
and i got a new set of training kit as belated birtday gift....
that was cool. kinda motivated me to stop dreaming & start
working on my training schedule again....~


but will i wake up at 5am to train? i need lots of motivation lorhH....
i want my pair of adidas trainers....~




so many things to do and achieve....~
