after my mum tried to be d physician.
after a visit to d polyclinic which was totally a waste of time.
after my ippt.
my mum forced me to my pain therapy.

turned out that something has indeed gone wrong.
banned from running til it heals totally.
cant turn my knee too much either.

think next up wld be my shoulder.
it's due time to get that fixed too.
